Refund Policy
At Analyze My Motors, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the digital nature of our services, all vehicle history reports are delivered instantly upon purchase. For this reason, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered if:
• You were charged more than once for the same report
• The report was not delivered due to a verified technical issue
• The VIN entered was invalid and no report was generated
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
• You changed your mind after receiving the report
• The vehicle report does not meet your expectations
• The vehicle has limited history due to unavailable third-party data
• An incorrect VIN was entered by the customer
All reports are generated using data obtained from third-party sources. We do not control or guarantee the completeness of external records.
